SC-06D (Galaxy S3 Japan) successfully unlock whit z3x box
Dial window press *#7284# select (MODEM)
Dial window again press *#9090# select (UART) now reboot phone.
- Open Z3X Samsung Tool 16.0
- Choose correct model = SC-06D
- Choose Z3X COM Pot
- Connect (UART S7070) cable RJ45 to Phone
tham Press "Unlock" - Enjoy.
Selected model: SC06D
Selected port: COM28 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Build: M8960A-AAAANAZM-1.0.062009
Reading security... OK
Calculating... OK
Writing security... OK
Reseting...
Unlock done
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.0
